      CERTUS INVESTMENT POWDER RANGE

      • OPTIMA: for casting from 3D resins into silver, gold, brass and bronze
      • ORO: for casting silver & gold from waxes

      HEALTH & SAFETY

      Investment powder is hazardous to use, due to it’s silica dust, which in it’s very fine airborne form can be dangerous to operators: if inhaled, with skin contact, by swallowing, over long periods of time. All sacks are marked as hazardous, and please check the “Health & Safety” details shown on the MSDS information provided here.

      It is very strongly recommended to follow protective measures, such as:-

      • that suitable PPE is used to protect breathing in the fine dust.
      • use local exhaust ventilation, HEPA filtration for vacuum filters
      • develop safe working practices, training of new personal etc to ensure a clean working environment at all times
