HIGH QUALITY "WATER" BASED POLISHING COMPOUNDS

all compounds are made from high quality materials with a water non-grease base, this results in:

reducing residue cleaning after polishing to a minimum
cutting down the polishing processes to a maximum of one or two stages
non-hazardous, no silica present
no drag or friction caused, excellent for laser soldered parts
greatly improved polished results
There are five compounds in range from most aggressive to final glossy finish
Best results using 150 mm (6") buffs working @3,000 rpm

1ST STAGE POLISHING - for removing scratches

	LUXI GREY Start from 180 grit* sandpaper* - is the most aggressive compound, suitable for polishing non-precious metals, and PLATINUM for removing scratches and other imperfections before final polishing. - use with SISAL wheels

	LUXI YELLOW Start from 240-320 grit* sandpaper* - is a less aggressive compound than Grey, and is also suitable for polishing non-precious metals, and PLATINUM for removing scratches and other imperfections before final polishing. - use with SISAL or COTTON wheels

	*LUXI BLUE* Start from 320 grit* sandpaper* - is less aggressive than Luxi Yellow and is ideal for polishing precious metals, such as SILVER and GOLD, for removing scratches and other imperfections before final polishing. - It is ideal for scratch removal and final lustering in One process, unless a very bright finish is required. - use with COTTON wheels

	*LUXI GREEN* Low temperature, low speed compound - designed for lower speed polishing, whether by hand, powertool or using small 100 mm dia buffs. Works well at 800-1000 rpm for polishing PLATINUM & TITANIUM. - Also best choice for all metals where hand polishing is required, or where powertools with felt tips are used for intricate surfaces. - Can be used to give same scratch removal as 240 grit sandpaper if used on sisal wheels and also for final lustre if used on 100 mm dia loosefold wheels. - use with COTTON wheels Hand polishing using cotton thread with Luxi Green.
2ND STAGE POLISHING - for bringing out a high gloss and shiny finish
	LUXI FINE PINK (formally, Luxi Fine White) - designed for the 2nd stage glossy finish of non-precious and precious metals, produces a bright and glossy finish. - use with CALICO LOOSEFOLD wheels

	LUXI SUPER FINE WHITE - fine finishing compound with a very high reflective finish for all precious and non-precious metals. - use with LUXOL LOOSEFOLD wheels

	LUXI RED Exactly the same as Luxi Super Fine white, but coloured the same as Red Rouge. - fine finishing compound with a very high reflective finish for all precious and non-precious metals. - use with LUXOL LOOSEFOLD* wheels*

	LUXI ORANGE - ultra fine finishing compound with a very high reflective finish for GOLD and SILVER. - use with LUXOL LOOSEFOLD* wheels*
