BUILT ON SITE TUNNELS & INTERMITTENT KILNS

We are able to offer ceramic manufacturers all the benefits of an imported high quality kiln, with the cost saving benefits, of using for construction, local companies and labour.

We would provide all technical construction drawings, technical supervision for local fabrication, and import any items, (such as the latest combustion systems) which cannot be locally purchased.

We would supervise the installation and erection of the kiln and any associated automation, and commission the plant.

We are able to help you design and build kilns, from the largest automated tunnel kiln systems complete with automatic car movement & storage, to 5m3 and larger intermittent kilns.

We can design both Tunnel and Intermittent Kilns for:

- special ceramics & refractories, for a maximum working temperature of 1600 ºC
- Sanitaryware: 1st fire and re-fire kilns
- Tableware: hard porcelain, earthenware, stoneware, vitreous china, bone china
- Electrical Porcelain
- Bricks, and Pipes
