Neusprue, an important component in the NEUTEC/USA, systematic approach to casting, puts a strong advantage into
your hands. Its revolutionary desigh brings together a sprue that
facilitates a faster, more complete fill; a superior base with
a beveled edge for a snug, airtight fit over the flask; and an
ingenious holder which seats the sprue solidly onto the base.

Smoothly Tapered Sprue
|
Smoothly Tapered Sprue - tapered sprue lets you space your sprues
as closely as you need to, then facilites free flow of molton
metal during the pour.
Streamlined Button - the shaped button, actually a part of the
sprue itself, requires less metal for the cast and greatly reduces
turbulence during the pour.
Threaded Holder - Because the sprue is threaded onto a plastic
holder, you can unscrew the holder
and pull the base away with no stress or torque on your investment.

TRADITIONAL
As buttons wear, their edges erode, leaving tiny spaces that trap
air bubbles and can cause casting
deflects during the pour.
Peeling away the rubber base and button away from the flask distorts
the wax sprue and patterns,
tressing and breaking the investment.
The bowl-shaped resevoir deflects metal from the main sprue. The
churning slows the fill and cools
the metal too quickly.
Without easy access to all sides of the tree, spruing is a challenge
and removing your finished tree
causes a few tense moments!
      
NEUSPRUE
You get a fresh connection every time you build a tree and because
the button is part of the sprue,
there are no pockets to trap air.
Held against the sprue only by the plastic holder, the base comes
out with very little stress on your
patterns or investment.
A funnel-shaped reservoir directs metal into the main sprue with
a minimum of interference, preserving
heat and increasing speed.
You can turn your tree in any and every direction for unhindered
access to every side with the
NEUSPRUE universal treeing fixture.
