Products for Jewellery Casting

SRS manufacture a range of Investment Powders for Jewellery and Art casting by the block mould process. In addition SRS distributes other consumable products for lost wax casting including Injection waxes, Vulcanising Rubber and Silicone Release spray

SRS are experts in the use of gypsum plaster for Jewellery casting and as such are committed to research and development in this field - in fact 20% of the personnel are employed in the Technical Department. As well as having a fully equipped quality control laboratory, SRS has installed its own Hot Metal Laboratory being a complete casting facility to faithfully reproduce the customers own working conditions. This means that the company uses its products in exactly the same way as its customers.

Quality Control

Quality and consistency are of paramount importance. All raw materials are tested against specification. Manufactured in line with recognised international standards the finished products are tested to verify the performance for the customer prior to despatch. A five day quarantine system ensures all products are retested prior to despatch.
