UK distribution & sales -
NEUTEC/USA, based in Albuquerque, USA, chose Robotech Developments and Hewitt Import Export Services, as their ideal distributor partnership for the UK market, having previously seen the quality of Robotech Development's VAC-U-VEST® vacuum mixing machines first hand, and visited their new factory
in Stoke-on-Trent. The tie up is an important step for , Robotech Developments who moved to the new larger factory, last year, allowing them
to provide a more comprehensive range of Jewellery casting equipment
to compliment their range of VAC-U-VEST® vacuum mixers, and other allied products.
Chris Hewitt of Hewitt Import Export Services, will provide sales and marketing support and will be the initial
contact for customers. Sales literaure and videos are available
for customers to see the features and benefits of all machines
in the NEUTEC/USA range.
After sales support -
Robotech Developments will provide both installation and commissioning for all new
machines, supported by NEUTEC/USA engineers. At the same time operation and maintenance TRAINING will be provided to ensure all customers are able to operate
their casting machine to it's full potential. After Sales support
will be provided from Robotech Developments if and when required, with full back-up provided by NEUTEC/USA.
Spares -
Robotech Developments / Hewitt will carry a full list of the most used spares in stock at all
times.
