INTRODUCTION:
All furnaces are manufactured in Stoke-on-Trent, by ROBOTECH DEVELOPMENTS, who also manufacture the world famous " VAC-U-VEST" vacuum mixers. All furnaces are made to the highest engineering standard to a well proven design.
DISTRIBUTORS:
We supply our FURNACES to the Jewellery industry through a world-wide network of distributors. In the United Kingdom, we act as our own distributor, and supply Jewellery manufacturers direct from our factory in Stoke-on-Trent.
All our world-wide distributors offer technical advice, and help with the importation and installation & commissioning of our furnaces. They are also able to service our furnaces once installed and provide after sales help.

WARRANTIES:
All our furnaces carry a one- year warranty on all parts. Providing the furnaces are looked after, and cleaned in the correct way, very few replacement parts will be required over life- time of the furnace.
SPARES:
If the need arises for replacement parts, we carry an extensive stock of spares, which can be despatched at short notice.

- thermocouple with pyrometer supplied.
- elements designed for long life. (#3 & 4 Furnace elements are fully enclosed as option).
