1st generation "PULSEPOINT " pedestal
lasers - "Pulsepoint 150 (75 joules), Pulsepoint 200 (100 joules) models.
2nd generation "PULSEPOINT PLUS"
pedestal lasers, Pulsepoint Plus 110 Joule and Pulsepoint
Plus 130 Joule models brings more power and efficiency than ever
before, with new features such as:
* lager access to welding chamber
(please note if base is detached for using with
large pieces, appropriate safety precautions must be taken before use)
* both models come with a larger welding chamber,
and detachable bas
* both models come with a adjustable height
workstation from 44" to 47"
"Touch screen" controls, for power (kw),
time (Ms), dot size, frequency, pulse wave forms (5) and recallable
memory (99) for parameters determined by the user.
* easier access to internal components for maintenance
Both lasers are very capable of welding any precious and non precious metal. It is equally
at home in a large manufacturing facility or one-bench workshop.
NEUTEC's engineers designed into their laser
machines, high efficiency optics to enable a higher-duty cycle output
(average power) with fewer joules, for example, most 110 - 130 joule
machines without this engineering produce 35-50 watts of average
power. The PulsePoint Plus 110 Joule machine with 110 joules delivers 65 watts of average powder, and the PulsePoint Plus 130
Joule machine
with 130 joules delivers 75 watts of average power.
Many advantages come from this technology, not
least of which is that power is transferred from the power source to
the target with the least loss.
Less power required to produce the desired end
result, means less wear and tear on the machine's critical parts,
which in turn delivers significantly longer service life with less
maintenance requirements.
Consumable parts such as flash lamps will also last
longer, usually more than twice as long as other machines.

Easily weld precious or base metals, including platinum, titanium,
gold, silver and palladium - even pewter and dissimilar metals
Create welds for a wide variety of jobs with pinpoint accuracy.
Take profitable jobs you once had to turn away because the jewellery
couldn't take the heat:
- Safely repair antique jewellery
- Repair settings - without having to remove precious stones
- Repair watch cases and other components-even eyeglasses
- Weld parts without solder-clean, neat seams without the clean-up
- Repair metal defects such as tears, pin-holes and gaps
- Build up thin areas using matching metal wire
- Make multiple welds on a single piece without damaging previous
welds
Typical applications of laser welding

Correct surface porosity without removing stones
|

Repair delicate pieces
|

Weld seams and joints
|

Assemble components more quickly
|
- Eliminate the need for torches and soldering, increasing productivity
and reducing extensive clean-up and multiple-part processing.
- Repair casting defects such as porosity or fractures-simply use
the PulsePoint to build up those areas by welding new metal in
place.
- Weld seams, rather than solder them for a seamless product with
no off-colour solder joints.
- Safe, toxic-free work environment.
- PulsePoint laser welder
- Leica® stero-microscope with optional zoom available
- Vision Engineering "Alpha" scope also available as an option
- A start-up kit

1st generation "STUDIO" tabletop 30
Joule and 60 Joule lasers.
"Studio 30" - the original
"Studio" model now upgraded from 25 to 30 joules. An ideal
bench-top laser at an affordable price for most precious and
non-precious metal laser welding.
"Studio 60" - a new tabletop laser welder that delivers
more than enough power for silver welding.
These tabletop lasers were the first serious
tabletop laser models to enter the jewellery market, and have
successfully been sold to a wide range of endusers.
2nd generation "STUDIO PLUS"
tabletop lasers
Now a new generation of tabletop lasers, called
"STUDIO PLUS" have been developed by Neutec USA to further
enhance the qualities of the original machine design with new
features:
* 3 models, 60 Joule, 100 Joule and 125
Joule are available, all capable of welding silver, the most
difficult alloy due to it's high reflectivity.
* all models come with easier access to the welding
chamber for larger and more complicated pieces.
* all models come with a larger welding chamber,
and detachable base
(please note if base is detached for using with
large pieces, appropriate safety precautions must be taken before use)
* clearer lighting directly above the welding point
* "Touch screen" controls, for power (kw),
time (Ms), dot size, frequency (Hz), pulse wave forms (5) and recallable
memory (32) for parameters determined by the user.
* easier access to internal components for maintenance
In the "Studio Plus" laser welding
machines,
engineers at Neutec/USA have upgraded an already affordable tabletop welding
capability without sacrificing the technological and engineering
benefits of the larger "Pulsepoint Plus" models.
With more laser power output (up to 125 joules) and
many new flexible and user friendly features, the new STUDIO PLUS lasers can take on a wide range
of applications such as welding large pieces of silverware, which have traditionally
been the reserve of the laser stand alone laser welders.
All models have a heavy duty cycle, and robust water
cooling system, which easily handles all the extra power and protects
the technology inside the machine.
This laser can perform can perform almost any job a
larger machine can do, at a much lower cost.
With a footprint of only 20" wide x 26" deep x
13.5" tall, the machine can fit into any size
of workshop, even the smallest and most inaccessible.
