NEUTEC "PULSEPOINT" LASERS
The NEUTEC "Pulsepoint 150" and "Studio 30 & 60" (desk top) laser welders use the latest "Translogic" technology, and can be used to weld and solder complicated bridgework and other dental work. All dental alloys can be worked on.

"Translogic " technology
Before designing the "Pulsepoint 150 " laser, Neutec engineers took a very hard look at existing laser machines and they designed a range of machines with greater efficiency based around enhanced optics enabling a higher duty cycle output using fewer joules of input light energy. They called this new technology "Translogic ". For an average of 75 watts input light energy (PulsePoint 150) these lasers will deliver 75 joules of output laser energy. The advantages of this technology are that more power is delivered to the weld, thereby increasing the weld quality with less stress to the part involved. Less energy used also increases the life of the components, particularly the laser lamp, thereby reducing operating costs.
The "Studio 30" laser is smaller and less expensive than the "PulsePoint 150" machine, producing 30 joules of output power, it is ideal for the smaller workshop where space is at a premium. Being water cooled the machine can be used all day without over heating. Please see the following link for more details on this laser and the new "Studio 60" tabletop laser, which produces 60 joules of output and is idea for all metal welding, including silver. Advanced Ergonomics
The advanced ergonomics built into the "PulsePoint " laser minimizes physical stress to the operator, and maximizes
floor space. The machine is 20" wide, 361 / 2 " long and is 47"
tall.
Applications for Dental
There are many instances where technology used in the jewellery
and dental industries are compatible, and laser technology is
no exception. The precision and high quality welding which our
jewellery customers are achieving with this new technology could
also benefit the dental field.
