Body Preparation

Sliphouse Equipment

comprising of:

One - 25 gallon (95 litre) capacity blunger
One - 50 gallon (190 litre) capacity storage ark
One - 200mm vibratory sifter with 100's stainless
          steel mesh with discharge funnel
One - set of piping

One - RS Type 470 side bar filter press, with 8 chambers, each 25mm thick. Total capacity approx 30 litres. The press is closed by a hand hyraulic system. Press is fed by an air operated diaphragm pump, the system suitable is suitable for operating at 15 bar pressure. The pump has a 2:1 ratio requiring an air pressure of 8 bar. Control panel, wired to each motor, based upon 3 phase supply. Air Compressor provided.

Capacity: 100 - 500 KGS typical pugged clay per 8 hour shift.

Making Machinery

Jigger & Jollying Machines

A choice of single or double machines with a choice of arms, including conventional single pivot or the unique double pivot arm for vertical jollying, with a choice of single or varying speed.

Whirlers

A choice of sizes and designs are available from 20 cm diameter to 50 cm diameter x 8 cm tall.

Spray Booths

	Dry - Back Spray Booth. Made from 1.6mm sheet steel, fully enclosed with waterproof fan. Plastic filter guard is provided to collect most of the surplus material and comes with disposible filter. Hood extension to ductwork also available. ref - H2047 . Stand - H2048
	Wet - Back Spray Booth. Made from 1.6mm sheet steel, fully enclosed with waterproof fan. A sponge water filter is porvided to clean the water before it is recycled. A filter bag is mounted at the rear to collect ant waste materials that may be pulled through the fan. ref - H2049 . Stand - H2050

Vibratory Screens

Available with silent running electric motors,
with adjustable eccentric shafts.
